Joanie Simon is a freelance food photographer, food blogger, and educator and shares her foodie photog knowledge on her YouTube channel, The Bite Shot.  Self-taught, her food photography career was born out of her food blogging journey and today she creates craveable images in her kitchen studio for a wide variety of national food brands and restaurants. When she’s not behind the camera, Joanie is busy keeping track of her two young boys alongside her husband, Ryan, on their “Ranchito” in Phoenix, Arizona.
